Prices include water and electricity.
Energy surcharge : for the periods 1-1 to 1-4 and 1-10 to 31-12 an energy surcharge of 5 euros per day is charged.
In high season, week 29-34, arrival and departure are only possible on Wednesday and Saturday. The mimimum stay then is 7 nights. Outside the high season, the minimum stay is 4 nights.
Rental conditions
| payment | The total sum (rental fee, mandatory costs and possible other costs) must be paid in advance, before arrival, preferably by bank transfer. If you want to pay with PayPal we will charge a € 20,00 transaction fee. |
| payment conditions | DOWN PAYMENT: 30% of the total sum within 1 week after the booking is made REMAINING SUM: 70% of the total sum, 5 weeks before arrival When the booking is 5 weeks or less before the arrival date, than the total sum has to be paid as soon as possible. |
| pets | It is NOT allowed for guests to bring their pets. |
